About the Mohs Surgeon Opportunity

A well-established, thriving Dermatology Practice in the greater Charlotte, NC area is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Mohs Surgeon to take over a ready-made, high-performing practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing patient base with strong clinical volume already in place — meaning very little ramp-up time and immediate productivity from day one.

Recent six-month clinical activity reflects a robust, high-volume practice with strong collections — demonstrating an active patient base ready for the right Mohs surgeon to continue building on.

Position Details

• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Schedule: Full-time
• Compensation: $400K+, depending on experience
• Additional Compensation: Potential for production-based bonus
• Benefits: Full benefits package
• Practice Status: Established, ready-made patient base with minimal ramp-up required
• Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand an already-active Mohs surgery and cosmetic practice

What You'll Do

• Step into an established Mohs surgery practice with an existing, active patient base
• Provide high-quality Mohs micrographic surgery and skin cancer care with the support of a collegial clinical team
• Continue building on strong existing clinical volume across surgical and cosmetic services
• Collaborate with practice staff in a culture that prioritizes teamwork and patient-first care
• Mohs Surgeon would likely start as 50% general dermatology and 50% Mohs cases, with potential to grow to 100% Mohs cases
