• Help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage.
• Learn to operate professional restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and water extraction equipment.
• Assist with water removal, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Remove damaged materials and prepare properties for restoration.
• Work alongside experienced team members who can help you learn the industry.
• Follow safety procedures and industry restoration standards.
• Document job progress and help maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers during difficult situations.

• Can pass required background screening and/or drug testing.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Occasional evenings and weekends depending on work flow
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.

Physical RequirementsThis is a physically active position. Applicants must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, and climb ladders.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Wear required protective equipment, including respirators.
• Work in a variety of conditions, including wet, dusty, hot, cold, or confined environments.
