Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Monel Coating Technician. This position operates and maintains equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings to equipment, ensuring high-quality corrosion-resistant finishes.

Job Description

• Responsibilities include surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient workflow in a manufacturing environment
• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Skills Required

• 1-2 years preferred, but not required
• Painting/Coating experience preferred
• Manufacturing background

Education/Training/Certification

• High School Diploma required (or GED)

Additional requirements

• Shift Differential - 3:30PM - 2:00AM - Monday - Friday, weekends when required

Pay rate

• $23.00 per hour + night differential (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.)
