Monetization & Business Economics Manager

The Meta Reality Labs Commercial team focuses on driving growth across our portfolio of Wearables and VR devices to achieve this mission.

We are looking for an experienced Monetization & Business Economics Manager to drive sustainable growth for the Wearables business. This person will be responsible for building the financial frameworks that inform how we scale across products, channels, and markets. Experience developing commercial strategies informed by financial analysis, partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, and navigating ambiguous problem spaces to deliver actionable plans.Own financial and unit economics analysis across products, channels, and markets to inform commercial strategies that lead to sustainable growth Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entry, product launches, and go-to-market strategies Define commercial KPIs that enable data-driven commercial decisions Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to shape commercial planning Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations for leadership7+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market, or management consulting Experience building financial models, including P&L analysis and unit economics, to inform business decisions Experience in analyzing complex, long-term, critical problems and driving solutions for them Track record of building cross-functional partnerships to shape go-to-market strategies High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create execution plans where none existed Bachelor's degree Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experiences owning and overseeing multiple portfolio areas and marketing strategies M.S./M.B.A. degree in a relevant field Experience bringing new consumer technology products to market Experience and/or domain knowledge in AI, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
