Morning CSR

About the Role:
Start your day with energy and purpose as a Morning Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness – PF Baseline Fitness in St. Paul, MN! We're looking for a friendly, motivated team player to be the welcoming face of our gym and help members kick off their day on the right foot. If you love people, fitness culture, and a positive atmosphere, this is the role for you!



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members with a friendly, upbeat attitude during morning hours
• Open the gym on Monday mornings on time
• Answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and handle front desk operations
• Assist with new member sign-ups, tours, and membership account management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment
• Handle member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Perform opening procedures and ensure the facility is ready for the day
• Promote and sell Planet Fitness memberships and additional services

Requirements:

• Availability for early morning shifts, including weekdays and/or weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn membership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
• Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
