What Youll Do

As a Morning Prep Team Member, your primary responsibility is making sure the restaurant is prepared, stocked, clean, and ready for the day ahead.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing ingredients and products needed for daily restaurant operations

Stocking and organizing food, paper products, condiments, and supplies

Preparing produce, breakfast items, and other products according to restaurant procedures

Rotating products and following proper FIFO procedures

Checking product dates and helping maintain proper inventory rotation

Cleaning and sanitizing prep areas, equipment, and work surfaces

Washing dishes, utensils, trays, and restaurant equipment

Maintaining clean and organized storage, walk-in, freezer, and stock areas

Preparing sauces, condiments, and other items needed for restaurant operations

Following all McDonald's food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

Assisting the restaurant team as needed to ensure we are ready to serve our customers
