We’re seeking an experienced, high-performing Mortgage Loan Officer who is ready to move beyond the traditional desk role and standard compensation structure. This opportunity is designed for an MLO who wants to generate substantial production, build and lead a successful branch, and serve as the trusted lending partner to a premier real estate sales team with a consistent pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands that the future of mortgage lending is built on strong relationships, integrated real estate partnerships, and referral-driven business—not isolated, one-time transactions.

You’ll work closely with an established, PLACE-powered real estate team that regularly produces inbound buyer and seller leads and is committed to responsiveness, transparency, and an outstanding client experience. They are looking for a long-term mortgage partner—not simply another lender added to a rotating list.

Here, you won’t be one lender among many—you’ll be the lender.

Responsibilities

Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed

Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads

Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers

Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod

Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners

Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
