You'll collaborate with top global creatives and use cutting-edge tools, including AI, to push ideas from concept to execution with speed and precision.Your role:Design and produce high-impact motion graphics and videos for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and moreCreate end-to-end visuals, from layout and composition to final animationEdit and assemble video content, combining footage, sound, and motion to produce cohesive final outputsDevelop storyboards and motion concepts, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and visualizationApply animation principles and design fundamentals to ensure every frame feels intentionalAdapt motion styles across industries, audiences, and brand identities while maintaining consistency and craftCollaborate closely with Creative Directors and fellow creatives, iterating with openness and intentionStay current with motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques to level up your work continuouslyUse modern tools, including AI and After Effects plugins, to improve efficiency and elevate output.What you bring:5+ years of experience in motion design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video, storytelling, and the use of AI in the creative processExpert-level design skills with strong proficiency in tools like After Effects (including different Plugins), Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with Lottie and modern node-based AI toolsStrong design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition) combined with expert knowledge of motion principles, pacing, composition, and visual storytellingAbility to translate strategy and creative direction into compelling motion contentExperience with storyboarding and concept developmentSolid verbal and written English communication skillsA proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to refine, ask smart questions, and deliver consistentlyExceptional attention to detail, organization, and time managementA collaborative, feedback-driven approach with a strong growth mindset.Nice to have:Familiarity with customizing or scripting After Effects pluginsBasic 3D motion experience.What you'll enjoy:Collaboration with top-tier creatives and ambitious brandsWorking remotely in a vibrant virtual office with exceptional talent from around the worldPaid PTO to relax and rechargeProfessional growth opportunities and ongoing skill developmentA fast-moving, supportive team environmentA full-time job offer with a fixed base salary.To be considered for this role, please complete your application at www.designity.com/careers/motion-designerOur team reviews every submission carefully and will contact candidates who best fit the role within 2-3 weeks.Thank you for your interest in Designity.
