Motor Grader / Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring an experienced Motor Grader Operator who can also operate other heavy equipment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working on an active jobsite.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader for grading, leveling, and site preparation.

• Operate other heavy equipment as needed.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.

• Follow grade stakes, site plans, and supervisor instructions.

• Maintain a safe, clean work area.

Requirements:

• Previous motor grader and heavy equipment operating experience.

• Ability to perform rough and finish grading.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Location: Anderson, TX

Pay: $20/hr.
