Provide a clean, friendly, and fun experience for our guests by assisting the Mountain Adventure Park Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Mountain Adventure Park during the winter and summer seasons and assisting in preparation for the operating seasons both in the fall and spring months. Duties include assisting the Mountain Adventure Park Manager with hiring and training staff, budget management, and leadership of staff toward department goals. Communicate regularly with immediate supervisor and other company departments/personnel to plan, coordinate, and evaluate activities, exchange information, and resolve problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in supervising a team of 35–50 employees, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and corrective action. Support resolution of guest concerns and ensure completion of daily operational and safety inspections.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two to five years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office; ability to quickly learn additional applications.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License.
SCHEDULE
The Assistant Mountain Adventure Park Manager is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours vary based on season and business levels, with a typical schedule of 5 days a week 8-10 hours a day, between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Weekends, holidays, and vacation weeks are required. Additional evening hours may be necessary during high-volume periods, special events, and functions. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, and job sharing may be required.
