Starting from a food trailer in 2008, we have grown to 4 brick and mortar stores while adding 2 more mobile operations in 12 years. Responsibilities:

• Run an A+ Operation
• Hire, train and lead your dream team
• Ensure every fan experience is friendly, fresh and fast
• Manage financial performance
• Grow catering 
• Harmonize with mobile operations
• Ensure excellent health & safety standards

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 21+
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational, teaching and communication skills
• Competent with math, inventory systems, and spreadsheets
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexibility to work when necessary
• Food Manager Certification
