Mover/Heavy Lifting

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Mover. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist with the transportation and relocation of goods and furniture, requiring significant physical exertion and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload items onto trucks or other transportation vehicles.
• Transport items to designated locations, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Pay:

• $14.00 per hour
