Job Title: Supply Assistant (SA) 

General Job Summary: 

Supply Assistants (SA) support our relocation and staging projects. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for our clients through organized preparation, transportation, and setup of materials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible work environment, be task-driven, and bring a proactive approach to supporting our team. If you have a strong customer service background, enjoy hands-on work, and are capable of adapting to various job sites, this position offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience as a delivery driver and familiarity with warehouse operations. 

• Strong driving skills and proficiency in operating box trucks 

• Customer service experience 

• Background in commercial driving and moving procedures. 

• Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operation 

• Motivated and compassionate, with a creative approach to problem-solving 

• Physical stamina to handle taxing work and lift 30–50 lbs. 

• Ability to pack/unpack in clients' homes for extended periods. 

• Dependable and committed to completing scheduled shifts. 

• Strong time management and task completion skills 

• Commitment to safety and security protocols 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Move Managers on relocation jobs and staging projects. 

• Assist with packing, unpacking, and resettling clients as needed. 

• Load and unload company vehicles, including supplies, donations, staging furniture, and décor. 

• Organize and maintain the company warehouse. 

• Build and sustain professional relationships with clients, family members, moving assistants, retirement communities, movers, team members, and office personnel. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet company and client goals. 

Physical Demands: 

• Lift a minimum of 30 lbs. 

• Requires walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods. 

• Involves reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing. 

Details & Compensation: 

• Hours are part-time, with scheduling that may vary daily/weekly. 

• A valid driver’s license is required.
