About the Role:
Join LUTZ LANDSCAPING AND MANAGEMENT INC as a Mow Crew Tech, where you will join a crew on a day to day basis completing basic mowing and maintenance task on residential and commercial accounts in the great stark county area.. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and inspect mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a regular basis.
• Communicate with crew lead to understand the needs of our clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage schedules and make sure routes are completed in a timely manner during the week.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including trimming and edging and blowing of of all properties.
• Operate zero turn and stand on mowers, weed eaters, and blowers on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Previous 2 years experience in lawn mowing and maintenance of commercial and residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license is a MUST and reliable transportation to the shop daily.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a passion for landscaping and outdoor work.
