Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mowing Foreman to join our team! If you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do we want you. Past experience with lawncare and landscaping is preferred and a positive attitude is a must! 

Responsibilities:
- Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Work independently to ensure properties are maintained to company standards
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
- Landscape maintenance: including shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed
- Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule


Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance preferred
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor
