Position Overview: As Supervisor of MRI Technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. This leadership position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive and talented team in a state-of-the-art healthcare environment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee technical and compliance measures for all MRI operations.
Schedule staff to align with patient volume and service demands.
Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Ensure technical procedures, patient care, and workflow meet safety and quality standards.
Perform MRI Technologist duties as needed.
Provide coaching and guidance to staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Participate in the rotating weekend on-call schedule (8 AM - Noon, Saturday and Sunday).
