Join Our Team as an MRI Tech Radiology / Cardiology – Make a Difference in Patient Care!

Are you a highly skilled MRI technologist passionate about advancing diagnostic imaging and patient outcomes? We’re seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic healthcare team, providing exceptional radiology and cardiology imaging services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, and making a real impact on patient lives.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in radiology or cardiology settings
  • Certification in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Proficiency in imaging modalities including abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral MRI, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, and CINE imaging
  • Experience with GE and Siemens MRI systems
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot complex MRI equipment
  • Strong understanding of EPIC systems for medication, documentation, and communication

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with chest imaging and image post-processing techniques
  • Familiarity with patient diagnoses such as neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in high-volume hospital settings is highly desirable
  • Travelers with previous hospital-based MRI experience are preferred; first-time travelers are not accepted

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for the scheduled shifts, including day (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) shifts, to ensure flexibility and readiness for schedule adjustments
  • Ability to work during storm and hurricane events, including potential deployment to catastrophe sites or mass casualty incidents
  • Completion of hospital orientation (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) during the first week; full availability required for class attendance
  • Participation in the contracting team’s Storm Team or Hurricane Team during emergency situations
