MRI Technologist - Contract

Title: MRI Tech
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Day Shift  4*10s  40hours/week

• Schedule: 4×10s, Tuesday–Friday, 11:30 AM–10:00 PM

• Call/Holidays: No call; no university holidays

• Orientation: 40 hours/week for the first 2 weeks before starting the regular solo shift. Must be flexible to work days and/or evenings during orientation.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Required Certification: AHA BLS only

• Scanner Experience: GE or Siemens MRI scanner experience mandatory

• Preferred Certification: ARRT or similar; must be willing to obtain after starting

• Required Skills: All non-contrast exams, routine MSK, Neuro, Spine, and occasional body MRI

• Education: Associate degree in MRI or Radiology

• Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans, prepare and assist patients, maintain a safe scanning environment, document procedures confidentially, and coordinate with physicians.
