MRI Technologist

New hire sign on bonus of up to $30,000 and relocation assistance of up to $7,000. HOURS: Tuesday - Friday; evenings (4 9's) HOURS: 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.; random day off based on staffing, call and holiday rotations. Willing to cross train highly motivated Technologist.The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging for radiological diagnosis of patients.

• Assesses data reflective of the patient's status.
• Interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirement relative to specific needs and provides care per applicable policy and procedures.
• Interacts with patients, families, visitors and all members of the healthcare team to develop, coordinate and manage the plan of care.
• Operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality images. Performs IV contrast injections and other skills as required.
• Assists patients, which may include scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing skills.
• Evaluates and positions patients with a high degree of professional ethics, care, courtesy, patience and safety.
• Trains students and staff as assigned.

Compensation Range:

$33.52 - $50.28

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
