Medical Staffing Solutions is a women-owned and operated company that was started by medical professionals in 2001.

We recruit nurses, therapists, pharmacists, CNAs, and other medical personnel for short term placement and travel assignments across the United States. Our mission is to put "patients first," so we support our clients and talent with the highest level of customer service in the industry.

    Our Story...
Once upon a time two nurses (both single moms at the time working hard to provide for their children) crossed paths when me¬dical facilities were in dire need of clinical staff. An idea was born and together, they formed Medical Staffing Solutions, LLC. Working in the field and the back office creating a family friendly agency while forming professional working relationships with facilities desperately needing their help, Melanie Theriac and Joanie Reneer created a one stop shop for all Healthcare Staffing needs with maintaining their ultimate mission: PATIENTS FIRST.
With their background in the medical industry, they knew the importance of having clinicians on staff to help with the hiring process, therefore allowing them to screen candidates thoroughly prior to placement. By placing highly skilled professional healthcare providers with their contracted facilities they have earned the respect of clients nationwide, growing from a small local agency in 2001 to a multi-office company staffing Healthcare Travelers Coast to Coast including Hawaii, Alaska and Virgin Islands!
