MRO Buyer (Services)

Job Description:

• This role is focused on the procurement and management of outside maintenance and technical service providers supporting plant operations.

• Maintenance contractors
• Equipment repair services
• Calibration and testing services
• Facilities and utility services
• Reliability and specialty technical services
• Turnaround/outage support vendors

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, required.

• 3+ years of procurement experience focused on service contracts
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience managing statements of work (SOWs), service agreements, and vendor performance
• Ability to work closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Project teams
• Experience driving service quality, cost savings, and supplier accountability
