MTS Consultant

Must Have's:
IBM MQ, Oracle (experience can be high level); and Shell scripting in Unix is important (hands on experience for Unix and shell scripting).

The position requires day shifts and does not involve travel. 3.Experience : 10to14Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,IBM MQ,Unix Shell Scripting,Oracle,ACI MTS 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain applications using IBM MQ, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, and ACI MTS. - Ensure the reliability and performance of the systems by conducting regular maintenance and updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency. - Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and systems. - Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. - Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions. -Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in IBM MQ, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, and ACI MTS. - Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. - Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation. - Display a solid understanding of system performance optimization techniques. - Have experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive data. - Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Have experience in conducting thorough testing of applications. - Show a strong commitment to quality and performance standards. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
