Constellation Search Group is looking for a MuleSoft Developer for a contract-to-hire position. The candidate will be engaged in executing a large-scale ERP migration program. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying MuleSoft flows that integrate various systems. The candidate will work closely with a Lead Solution Architect and follow a structured governance framework to ensure successful project delivery. 


Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy MuleSoft integrations.
  • Develop API-led connectivity flows in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, adhering to governance standards.
  • Implement integrations across a diverse landscape including D365 F&O, Workday, Salesforce, Procore, and UKG.
  • Write MUnit test suites with over 80% code coverage.
  • Perform data mapping and transformation using DataWeave 2.0.
  • Refactor legacy SSIS packages and SQL jobs into MuleSoft-native patterns as required.
  • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from the Lead Architect and Integration Lead.
  • Author runbooks and operational documentation for each completed integration.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities.
  • Contribute to the integration pattern library and share reusable components with the team
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
  • Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 for complex transformations.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and REST/SOAP/OData API design.
  • Experience with batch processing patterns and enterprise error handling.
  • Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Workday, or Salesforce integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and secure management in MuleSoft.
