Can You Hold Tight Tolerances and Keep the Spindles Turning?
Picture this: a complex 5‑sided part with demanding GD&T callouts lands on your bench. You choose the fixture, set the work offsets, select the tooling, and bring it to spec on a DMG Mori—first article passes inspection, and the production run follows without a hitch. If that challenge energizes you, Fuller Technologies wants to meet you.
Your Mission
Set up and operate 5‑axis CNC milling centers with minimal supervision
Run jobs on DMG Mori machines and comparable multi‑axis platforms
Translate blueprints and models into practical machining plans
Dial in tooling, offsets, and fixturing to optimize rigidity and accuracy
Use precision instruments to verify critical dimensions and surface finish
Refine programs, tweak offsets, and adjust tooling to sustain repeatability
Troubleshoot issues quickly to protect quality and uptime
Adhere to safety protocols and documented quality procedures
What You’ll Need
Proven experience with 5‑axis CNC milling
Hands‑on CNC setup expertise
Confidence reading and acting on blueprints/drawings
Micrometers, calipers, and gauge use for high‑accuracy checks
Strong grasp of tooling, speeds/feeds, tolerances, and machining strategy
DMG Mori experience strongly preferred; similar 5‑axis experience considered
Mechanical problem‑solving ability and a detail‑first approach
