If solving complex setups, dialing in toolpaths at the control, and delivering first‑article perfection sounds like your kind of day, keep reading. Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Capital Region custom machining facility where every job is different. No repetitive, high‑volume runs—just precision work that rewards craftsmanship across power generation, infrastructure, defense, and data center projects.

Your Impact

  • Own complete setups and operations on Mazak CNC equipment
  • Program/edit at the machine to optimize speed, finish, and accuracy
  • Produce short‑run and one‑off parts to tight specs
  • Work confidently with stainless, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, and exotic alloys
  • Translate drawings/blueprints into flawless parts using precision inspection tools
  • Troubleshoot tooling, workholding, and programming to keep jobs moving
  • Keep the work area safe, clean, and audit‑ready
  • Partner with teammates to crack tough manufacturing problems

Machines & Tech You’ll Touch

  • CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mazak)
  • CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak)
  • CNC Router

What It Takes

  • Background in CNC machining; job shop track record preferred
  • Strong setup experience (required); Mazak familiarity preferred
  • Multi‑axis/5‑axis exposure is advantageous
  • Expert blueprint reading and measurement skills
  • Mechanical know‑how with a fixer’s mindset
  • Stable employment history and a collaborative attitude

Role Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time | In Person
  • Pay: $36.00 – $42.00+ per hour (DOE)
