How you'll contribute
From first-piece to final inspection, you’ll drive quality and continuity across CNC mills and lathes:
Own the setup, troubleshooting, and operation of CNC Milling and Turning Machines to achieve consistent, high-quality output.
Confirm conformance using bench gauging and appropriate inspection techniques before releasing parts.
Apply Standard Work rigorously—setup/operation, process verification, inspection, documentation, and material handling.
Perform light preventative maintenance to sustain machine performance and minimize downtime.
Escalate any safety violations, equipment misusage, or improperly performed work to your supervisor and provide input that may support corrective actions, including discipline.
Safety, teamwork, and housekeeping
Participate fully in safety programs, including hazardous material handling and disposal, per regulations and company procedures.
Use PPE—such as safety shoes, eyewear, gloves, masks, shields, and coats—if needed.
Keep a clean, compliant work environment and follow all company and safety rules and regulations.
Collaborate as a dependable team player and foster positive relationships with peers.
Quality and continuity
Complete testing and adjustment of parts, as needed, to meet final requirements.
Identify and replace parts, as necessary, to maintain process capability and throughput.
Support other tasks as required to meet production commitments.
