Job Summary

The Multi-Branded Specialist MAC/Joe Malone executes consistent, high-quality customer service and sales performance across multiple retail formats within an assigned property or cluster. The associate supports revenue goals, customer experience standards, and operational excellence by flexing across concepts, banners, and formats as business needs require, serving as a cross-trained frontline ambassador for the brand and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned store(s), including open/close procedures and daily operational routines. \t
• Deliver strong customer service and drive sales performance across multiple store formats and locations. \t
• Flex across locations based on traffic, scheduling, and evolving business needs. \t
• Execute selling standards, drive add-on sales, service routines, and conversion behaviors to maximize results. \t
• Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and in-stock standards across all assigned areas. \t
• Operate POS and ensure accurate transaction processing, cash handling compliance, and inventory integrity. \t
• Uphold brand, safety, security, and loss prevention standards consistently across all locations. \t
• Responsible for carrying and securely managing keys for store and storage areas, ensuring they are always kept safe and under personal control. \t
• Follow all company key-control procedures, including completing required training, properly logging, and storing keys, never sharing or copying them, and immediately reporting any lost or missing keys. \t
• Support peak-period coverage across units.

• Experience operating POS systems with accurate cash handling and basic math proficiency. \t
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining merchandising and store standards. \t
• Adaptability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays) across multiple locations and retail formats. \t
• Strong communication, interpersonal, reliability, and team collaboration skills. \t
