Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Technician — Minnetonka, MN

Join a fast-moving production team transforming blanks into branded apparel and merchandise. We’re adding multiple technicians in Minnetonka, MN and can move quickly for the right talent.

A day in the life

From first thread-up to final pack-out, you’ll run commercial embroidery machines to deliver consistent, high-quality results at scale. Your day includes:

• Setting up machines: hooping garments, loading embroidery files, and sequencing thread colors
• Operating and monitoring production to maintain stitch quality and accuracy
• Performing quality checks, catching errors early, and making minor adjustments/troubleshooting
• Preparing finished goods for packaging and on-time order fulfillment

What you’ll work on

Logos and identity pieces across polos, jackets, hats, bags, uniforms, team apparel, and more—serving corporate, retail, healthcare, hospitality, athletic, and promotional clients.

What you bring

• 3 years of embroidery sewing/commercial machine operation, textile MFG equipment, or closely related experience (required)
• Basic computer skills (required)
• Embroidery file setup/programming experience (preferred)

Compensation & benefits

• $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
