Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Advise community members on the best ways to protect their homes, families, and businesses through comprehensive coverage.

Proactively review existing client policies to ensure they remain relevant as their life circumstances shift.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with local residents by being a consistent, reliable resource for all insurance questions.

Manage and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of sales opportunities.

Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine outreach strategies that resonate with our neighbors in Denton.

Maintain accurate documentation for every client interaction to ensure seamless service and compliance.

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses for the state of Maryland.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer consulting.

Expertise in navigating complex insurance policies and explaining coverage details in plain language.

Strong command of office software and CRM platforms for managing client records.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a client-focused setting.
