Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in our Harrisburg office to evaluate their current coverage and identify any gaps in their protection.

Prepare and deliver detailed quotes for auto, home, business, and life insurance policies.

Regularly review policy renewals to ensure every client remains adequately protected as their life circumstances change.

Process incoming payments and assist clients with routine policy adjustments.

Engage with the local Harrisburg community through networking and educational events to expand our reach.

Coordinate with various insurance carriers to advocate for the best outcomes during the claims process.

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.

Prior experience managing a book of business or working in an independent insurance office.

Comfortable presenting financial protection concepts to families and business owners.

Technical proficiency in standard industry rating software and CRM management.

Strong organizational habits for maintaining complex policy files and licensing records.
