Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop personalized insurance programs that provide comprehensive protection for local families and businesses.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure clients understand their coverage and identify potential gaps.

Maintain ongoing contact with policyholders to review their evolving needs and adjust coverage accordingly.

Seek out networking opportunities across Virginia Beach to build meaningful professional relationships.

Manage daily sales activities and documentation with high attention to detail.

Participate in team strategy sessions to share best practices and contribute to agency goals.

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in Virginia.

Strong track record of managing and growing an insurance book of business.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Experience using agency management systems or similar CRM platforms.

Local knowledge of the Virginia Beach market and surrounding communities.

Comfortable with in-person client consultations and community networking.
