I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the technology and marketing industries. I'm a graduate of the University of Washington and have a competitive spirit, especially when it comes to racket sports like pickleball and table tennis.
Our mission is simple: to provide protection and peace of mind for the people we serve. We stay actively involved in our local community and have built a strong bilingual book of business, proudly serving many Cantonese and Mandarin speaking customers. Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
