About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a small, growing team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of Florida International University. I’m focused on building a team that is driven, positive, and ready to grow alongside the business.

Our agency offers PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where hard work is supported and recognized.

Our culture is fast-paced, positive, and built on effort and attitude. I’m looking for someone who is willing to put in the work, has grit, and is comfortable making outbound calls to build their pipeline. A positive mindset and strong work ethic are key to succeeding here. If you’re someone who is motivated to grow, wants to be part of a new and growing agency, and is ready to take action, this could be a great fit for you.
