What You'll Do


As a Sales Representative, you'll help grow our agency by building relationships with prospective and existing customers and helping them understand insurance options available through State Farm.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone, digital, and in-person conversations.
  
  
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify appropriate insurance opportunities.
  
  
• Present available State Farm insurance products and help customers make informed decisions.
  
  
• Develop relationships across multiple product lines.
  
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to grow your pipeline.
  
  
• Participate in agency marketing and community outreach efforts.
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
  
  
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
  
  
• Collaborate with our team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
