Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with new and existing customers across multiple lines of insurance.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Identify opportunities to help customers protect more of their household through Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health and Business insurance.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and existing customer opportunities.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, customer conversations, and proactive outreach.
• Help customers understand available coverage options and make informed insurance decisions.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and customer records.
• Consistently work toward daily activity goals and monthly production goals.
• Participate in coaching, sales training, role-play, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the agency team while taking personal ownership of individual results.

Position Details
This is a
full-time, in-office sales position in Duluth, Georgia.
Compensation: $36,000 annual base salary plus performance-based commission. Commission eligibility begins after established monthly production requirements are met, with additional earning potential for strong performance.
