About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began while I was in college, working in agency management before moving into auto claims and eventually returning to agency leadership. I'm proud to have built my career with State Farm and to serve the Southeast Louisiana community where I was born and raised. In addition to serving customers throughout Louisiana, I'm also licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi, allowing our agency to help individuals and families across all four states.
Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support our local school district, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and a variety of local youth sports and dance programs. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
