Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts, networking, and community events to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a professional, distraction-free workspace during working hours. Be prepared for scheduled and reasonably requested video calls and meetings with customers and team members, maintaining professional standards while representing the agency.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
• Consistently reach monthly goals to assist in achieving office objectives
• Telemarking

Qualifications:

• Hunter Mindset 
• Prior experience in multiline insurance sales
• Life insurance sales background a must
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently
• Networking 
• "Win the Day" attitude
• Must possess TX P&C and Life/Health general lines insurance licenses.
• Goal oriented 
• Bilingual preferred
