Allen Miller State Farm is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, competitive salespersonwho wants to build a career in sales.

This is not a passive customer service position. This role is focused on new customeracquisition, high activity, relationship building, and producing results. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is motivated by the opportunity to increase their income through performance.

You do not need to come to us as an insurance expert. We can teach insurance. We're looking for the energy, work ethic, coachability, and drive to succeed in sales.

What You'll Do

As an Account Representative, your primary responsibility is growing the agency by developing new relationships and bringing new customers into our office.

You'll:

• Generate and follow up with new sales opportunities
• Make consistent outbound calls and maintain a high level of daily sales activity
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and prospective customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations with potential customers
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Cross-sell apporpriate products based on customer needs
• Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't purchased yet
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Track your activity, appointments, quotes, and results
• Participate in sales training, coaching, role-play, and team development
• Work toward individual and agency production goals

Compensation: $17/hr base + uncapped commission
Expected total compensation is approximately $45,000 - $85,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance. Average commission production is approximately $1,500 per month, with top-performing representatives historically earning $75,000 - $85,000+ in total annual compensation.
