Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by contracting prospects, following up on leads, and identifying sales opportunities. 
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Quote and sell multiple insurance product lines to new and existing customers.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to earn their business.
• Cross-sell additional products by identifying coverage gaps and customer needs. 
• Build Strong customer relationships that generate retention, referrals, and additional opportunities. 
• Meet established activity and sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
• maintain accurate prospect and customer information and follow agency sales processes.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-minded, competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable being held accountable for results.
• Ability to confidently initiate conversations and ask for the sale.
• Strong follow-up skills and the persistence to work opportunities through the sales process.
