Role Snapshot

• Pay: $26.44–$28.84 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, day shift
• Home Base: Lewiston, ID
• Service Territory: Lewiston, ID; Clarkston, WA; Moscow, ID
• Focus: 60–70% equipment repair, troubleshooting, and replacement

What You’ll Tackle

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment—fryers, ovens, grills, dish machines, exhaust systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across restaurant, warehouse, and catering locations.
• Answer service calls from managers and operations teams; provide timely, reliable support.
• Address electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility issues.
• Handle carpentry, plumbing, concrete, welding, painting, and equipment replacement tasks.
• Inspect facilities/equipment to spot failures, safety hazards, and needed repairs.
• Document all work: PM schedules, service logs, maintenance records.
• Partner with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs.
• Travel between sites for routine and emergency service.

Must-Haves

• Experienced: Prior maintenance or mechanical repair experience is required; this is not entry-level.
• Mechanical problem-solver who can independently diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Hands-on experience with appliances, commercial equipment, machinery, or mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Curious learner willing to expand skills and tackle varied tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Reliable self-starter who’s comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel across Lewiston, Clarkston, and Moscow.
