Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operator III [C]Compensation: $40.48–$52.21/hrLocation: 367 Central Avenue N, Dunn Center, ND 58626Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour daysTarget Start Date: 11/1/26End Date: 4/30/27Vehicle: Agency supplied vehicleScopeKey Accountabilities

• Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valves, pumps and rotating equipment, and assisting other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Prepares for and performs maintenance, takes readings, does rounds, issues work permits, follows procedures, initiates work requests, writes procedures, and interfaces with support groups.
• Proactively monitors well and equipment performance and takes appropriate action to maximize production.
• Works with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.).
• Interfaces with Engineering for data gathering requests.
• Tracks test compression data.
• Conducts fluid levels with echo meter.

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experienced level, typically 5–7 years of experience.
• Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support.
• Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of the job function.
• Performs varied and more complex tasks.
• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
