Project Manager

Our client is a growing and highly respected multifamily general contractor with a strong presence throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions. With a healthy backlog of projects and continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help lead complex multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Job Description
- Manage multifamily construction projects through all phases of development
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project financial performance and profitability
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Communicate regularly with ownership, field teams, and stakeholders
- Support project startup, execution, and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and field operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently manage project responsibilities
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A "go-getter" mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- A Type-A, results-driven personality with a focus on execution
