By the afternoon, you’ve tightened a leaky supply line, repaired a door frame, walked the grounds, and logged your work on a mobile device so residents and managers stay in the loop. If that sounds like a satisfying day, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Handle

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry across apartment communities and 55+ residential properties
• Routine and preventive maintenance to keep buildings and systems running smoothly
• Care of exterior spaces: grounds, landscaping, and building appearance
• Safe operation of hand tools, power tools, power washers, and other maintenance equipment
• Professional, timely response to resident and community maintenance requests
• Work completed to established safety protocols and quality standards

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in property, apartment, or home maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repair
• Comfort using smartphones/tablets or maintenance software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Self-directed work style and a service-first approach with residents

Physical Demands

• Frequently lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather

Schedule & Pay

• Full Time Evaluation Hire Position
• M–F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• $16 – $21 DOE / hour
