Our client is an established commercial general contractor and design-build firm serving Greater Boston, Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and the broader New England market. The company has been operating for more than 25 years and specializes in multifamily residential, mixed-use, commercial, and healthcare construction.

The firm's multifamily portfolio includes ground-up apartment communities, condominium developments, urban infill projects, mixed-use residential buildings, adaptive-reuse projects, and residential communities. Its residential work ranges from smaller multi-unit developments to 100+ unit projects, with experience managing projects from preconstruction and permitting through final completion and occupancy.

Our client is looking to add an experienced Multifamily / Condominium Superintendent who can take ownership of day-to-day field operations and successfully drive residential projects from the ground up through turnover.

Job Details

• 7+ years of construction experience, with significant experience working in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent capacity.
• Strong experience delivering multifamily, condominium, apartment, or mixed-use residential projects for a general contractor.
• Active CSL required
• Experience overseeing ground-up construction from sitework/foundations through structure, MEP rough-in, finishes, punch list, inspections, and turnover.
• Strong understanding of wood-frame condominium construction.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining accountability for schedule, quality, and safety.
• Comfortable managing look-ahead schedules, sequencing trades, coordinating deliveries, tracking manpower, and identifying schedule conflicts before they impact the project.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of building envelope, framing, MEP coordination, interior finishes, and unit turnover within multifamily or condominium construction.
• Experience coordinating inspections, punch lists, commissioning/closeout activities, and final occupancy requirements.
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts/New England building practices, codes, permitting, and safety requirements strongly preferred.
• Experience working with construction management platforms such as Procore and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of field operations on fast-moving residential projects.
• Ability to reliably travel to project sites throughout Greater Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts/New Hampshire market.
