The culture is collaborative, respectful, and deeply invested in doing the work the right way.Job DescriptionAs the Lead Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of site execution for mid‑rise multifamily developments.Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground‑up multifamily projectsManage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordinationMaintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable softwareEnforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory complianceCoordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close‑out activitiesBuild strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholdersMentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
