A bit about us:

This company is a well known builder / developer in the Orlando market. They have various multifamily projects underway and upcoming. This role will work directly with the VP of Operations and President, fully managing the project and current team of 3 Assistant Supers on the job site.

This is the perfect fit for someone who can run a job independently and likes full autonomy.

Job Details

• Must have experience running a full job site as Senior, Lead or General Superintendent. This candidate will have full reign and needs to thrive with independence and top of the ladder decision making
• Strong project examples of delivery on time and on/under budget
• Experience with Florida multifamily construction and plans across various builds. Ideally experience with podium, wrap and garden style buildings
• Large scale Multifamily experience, projects at least 50M and 200+ units, running them from original site work to turning units
