• Understand the family's ages, mobility needs, interests, budget, and shared goals.
• Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and packages.
• Coordinate group reservations, room arrangements, payments, and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with family organizers and provide responsive support.
• Develop trusted relationships that lead to future family trips and referrals.
