About the Role:
Bach to Rock (B2R) in Mount Pleasant, SC is looking for passionate and talented Music Instructors (Piano, Vocals, Drums, Guitar, Early Childhood) to inspire the next generation of musicians! This is your chance to share your love of music in a fun, energetic environment where creativity thrives and students of all ages and skill levels come to grow. Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, one-on-one and group music lessons tailored to students' skill levels and musical goals
• Instruct students in one or more instruments such as guitar, piano, drums, voice, strings or other disciplines
• Track and assess student progress, adjusting lesson plans to ensure continued development
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, and music theory milestones
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and school staff to support school-wide events and programs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one instrument or vocal performance
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or music instruction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of music theory and fundamentals
• Ability to teach students of varying ages, from young children to adults
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Music degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
