About the Role:
MUSIC GURU is looking for a passionate and driven Music School Director to lead our growing music education program in Georgetown, TX. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the music school, ensuring a high-quality learning environment
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of skilled music instructors across various disciplines
• Develop and implement music curriculum, lesson programs, and student progress tracking systems
• Drive student enrollment through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and local partnerships
• Manage school budget, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and coordinate recitals, performances, and special events for students and families
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging culture for students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

• Previous experience in music education, school administration, or a related leadership role
• Strong musical background with knowledge of multiple instruments or music theory preferred
• Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and faculty
• Experience with student enrollment, scheduling software, and basic business operations
• Passion for music education and a commitment to student growth and success
• Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, Business, or a related field preferred
