Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our clients have the coverage they truly need.

Create customized quotes across multiple lines, including home, auto, and life insurance.

Manage incoming inquiries with a focus on education and finding the right fit for each unique situation.

Maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless service and long-term protection.

Network within the Roanoke community to build lasting local partnerships.

Support the overall agency growth by identifying opportunities to expand our reach through thoughtful service.

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.

Strong command of standard agency management systems and digital rating tools.

Ability to analyze coverage gaps and explain complex policies in plain language.

Comfort working in an office environment in Roanoke, Virginia.
